One bad Cylinder

Does this look like it needs a sleeve? Will catch my finger tip.

The heads are there now, this will be going in a few weeks. Wanted Some thoughts from others who have seen the inside of a motor, many more times then myself. Thanks. For the response, was hoping that was the case.

Is boring not an option if it is too much of a lip? These motors can be bored pretty far.

No lip, just finished taking it apart. Just was hoping it could just be bored. All the others are very good condition.
