Oil Dioscuri tube...

Going to be doing some work on my 400 engine in the next couple of weeks and I want to take care of my broken oil dipstick tube. I've read on here many times to screw a self tapping screw in there and use a slide hammer or vice grips to get the broken piece out. My question is what size screw do I need? Thanks....Steve

Hey Steve, I believe a 3/8" lag screw is the correct size. The hole in the block is a little bigger than a 3/8 bolt.
