Newbie question on bore size

I've got a 455 that I'm ending up needing to rebuild. Didn't really want to as I was looking for a relatively cheap motor to stick in my Studebaker. Anyways, turns out #8 today bearing was spun, do here we go!

I did a preliminary honing just to see what the bores looked like clean as 2 were kinda rusty. this revealed some piston scrape lines. So i honed til I got the bores clean. Now they measure 4.132.
is 6 thou over too much space, meaning I'll need to get the block bored? I know this is a pretty basic question...this is my first build! Thanks.

clearance is specified by the manufacturer. Typically cast pistons like 003/0035
