Intake manifold gaskets 1967 442

I am getting ready to pull my intake manifold for some engine work. My question is should I replace my turkey tray or just use intake manifold gaskets? My crossover in the intake manifold has been blocked so the I don't think there should be any problem with oil cooking against the intake manifold. Handling all the RTV and fitment is sometimes a PIA with the turkey tray. Gaskets would be much cleaner and easier to handle.

The turkey tray isn't that bad when you dry fit it prior to putting the RTV on. Make sure the Bosses are lined up. Some people use the rubber end gaskets while most toss them and put a bead of RTV front and back.
