I need help on head id numbers
Hi guys I need a bit of help on head numbers i have a 72 cutlass s with a 71 455 with fresh g heads they have new comp springs and lifters and 3 way angel job and big cam and I picked up these c heads for 100$ just wondering if these c heads would be better if I porting them and put stainless valves and put my springs on them

Why spend money on those C heads to have them ported? You will need valve guides checked! You will need to have new valve seats! Last of all you say you want new valves and then cost to make them heads to have a 3 way angle valve job! Use what you have and save $$$ for aluminum heads.
