I fell in love today,I went into someone's deceased father's garage.I went through the back room and that is when it happened.I seen a shelf about 2 yards long full of 425 and 455 Olds engine parts.I offered the guy $2,000.00 for everything and he took my offer on everything.I went through everything,NOS 425 and 455 pushrods,5 sets of 455 heads and 6 sets of 425 heads,5 bare 425 blocks,7 bare 455 blocks,25 455 and 425 gasket sets brand new in the box,6 425 oil pans,6 455 oil pans.I even pulled out 10 455 and 425 exhaust manifolds.The guy saw I am a huge Oldsmobile fanatic and knew they were going to a good home not selling them.Someone else came in and offered him scrap metal price,he said no.I gave the guy my phone number,said there might be 2 more bare 425 blocks and 3 box loads of 425 and 455 valve covers including new NOS camshafts for the 324 Oldsmobiles.His deceased father whom passed away 3 weeks ago was a car fanatic and this was his Oldsmobile engine parts collection.Everything is in my garage laying on the floor all organized,will be going in my back room tommorrow.

I got the word on these parts on Thursday,This guy contacted me and wanted to know if I was interested in them.I said yes if I saw them and I was.I got the call tonight,he found the 2 bare 425 blocks and and the boxes of valve covers.Found 3 425 and 4 455 crankshafts too and told him I will be over tommorrow morning to pick them up.All he has left are Ford engine parts,I said no to them and gave a phone number to a friend of mine to him that might be interested in them.
