I am trying to adjust harland sharp s5017 rockers on a 455. Have comp cams roller lifters, eheads with guide plates. Anyone know how?

Solid Roller Cam or Hydraulic? You want to follow the firing order...1 8 4 3 6 5 7 2 . Start with number 1 and you will adjust Intake Valve when the Exhaust is just starting to open..this puts the Intake in Bottom of Base Circle of the Camshaft. Then continue to rotate as intake opens and just before fully closed you can adjust the exhaust.

Those Rockers use a Locking Allen Head screw in the Polylock...back that screw off a bit...make your adjustment...again I don't know which type cam you are using ...then lock the adjustment down with the Allen Head screw.

Hope this helps
