harmonic balancer diamter

Need quick help: which diam. has a stock harmonic balancer from a 72 BB?

The small block and big block use the same balancer from 1968 into the late1970's at least. The diameter measured across the face where the pulley mounts is 6 1/2". Is that what you needed?

'68-70? have a larger dia. fwd portion of the outer ring.
The W31 unit also has much more overall fore-aft width.

Other than that, the era uses mainly the same simple outer ring damper for all the V8's
