Cracked intake?

As soon as I start my 63 98 up it starts to smoke from under the intake on the passenger side. smells like smoke, not like exhaust, but the only thing I can think of is a cracked intake or head? Maybe a bad gasket? Is there anything under the intake that would smoke like the video?

Link to video because it's over 20mb:

It's not a cracked intake. You have something leaking onto the hot exhaust crossover under the carb and that is burning off from the heat. Find whatever is leaking.

Whats with all the wet liquid around the intake? Is that water or oil?

Insulation on electrical wire or a piece of electrical wire or electrical tape. Been working on any wiring? Snipped pieces can find numerous places to hide.

Nothing is leaking, I just changed the temp sending unit. It wasn't running long enough to get hot. It started smoking instantly.

Coolant, I just changed the temp sending unit.

This was my guess, too at first because it started instantly. I was just messing with the temp sending unit wiring, but I didn't see any wires under that could be smoking. Guess I'm be looking closer.

That exhaust crossover heats up immediately. Exhaust gas is directed through it until the engine warms up. If it were a crack, you'd hear the exhaust leak.

Check:

The choke heat tube fresh air tube. Located passenger side between intake and the lifter valley cover plate.

The valley cover plate gasket. Even if leaking it shouldn't spray oil on underside of intake, but check anyway.

Is it possible some coolant may have made its way to that area when you replaced the temp sender?

Good to know, now that it's dry I'll have to check it again.

100% garuntee there was coolant under there. I just didn't think it would heat up instantly.

Verified wiring was correct and cleaned up the spilled coolant. No more smoke from under the intake. Thanks for the replies.

A word of advice in future diagnoses: try the simplest solution first.
