cam & crank id please

Pulled this out of a 69 400 442 motor & would like to know what it is & maybe even specs. Also post the what i believe is a nod crank but plz correct me if i'm wrong, just learning all this kool olds stuff, thanks much.

yep thats a nodular crank. the numbers on the cam aren't listed in mondellos manual... interestingly enough just last weekend i pulled the cam out of the 350 in my '70 cutlass and it has the same #'s on it...
