Best casting numbers for BBO block & crank?

I am currently halfway through my parts list (Lunati roller cam kit / Eagle Rods / Edel Intake / Comp Rockers) so I am only missing the pistons and new alu heads to finish it up.
Of course I could just use the same '76 block 455 I have now but maybe to make things more easy, what would be the best block and crank castings to look for if I build it from the ground up?
Since I just noticed an add for a guy who sells blocks and cranks:

'76 block is fine. Look for an "N" crank and you're good.
Do a search, I did a 455 for a guy on here, stock Procomp heads, Custom Lunati roller, etc, Made 493hp/564tq.

Let me know if I can help.

If you are using the stock 455" components you will need to clearance-grind the block at the lower cyl bores for the Eagle rods, they will not clear without the grinding!

Thanks, Gary in N.Y.

P.S. Just went down this road recently on a 100% stock-appearing deal!
