Ati flex plate

I know this sounds like a simple and stupid question but Is there a way to measure a flex plate converter bolt pattern to see if its 10.750 inch or 11.500?

Well, I thought all the 1968-72 flex plates had holes for both the TH350 and
TH400 torque converters.
