Hey guys. Had a lot of trouble finding a airtex 40736 fuel pump everyone recommends.Airtex is substituting a different pump altogether as they no longer make the tall one. Does this look like the airtex 40736? One of the lines is curved all the way where the factory pic (3rd pic) shows the line coming out of a square part. . Wanna make sure this is the real deal before i paint it and put it on. I can't find the number on the side anywhere on google. It came from a old stock parts place in no box etc.

 

That looks like the correct pump.

 

Thanks. I just painted it so it's mine now no matter what. I've had two of the chrome chinesiam ones leak horribly on me and i'm done with them
