Will the air gap intake fit under hood of 66 cutlass without modifications. Or would i need a cowl hood or to shave the carb pad

I think we've been thru this before, they don't make an Air Gap intake for a SBO, only big block.
And no I don't think it will fit on a BB. What's your combination? Why an Air-Gap?

The Airgap has a pad height of 5.54, squarebore carb only. The Performer has a pad height of 4.95, square or spreadbore.

I know the Performer will fit with a drop base aircleaner and a Rochester or Holley, an Edelbrock carb is tight. You may get the Airgap to work with a Holley and GM open element drop base aircleaner, but an Edelbrock carb may be a challenge.
