73 455 dual exhaust manifold question
I have a pair of dual exhaust manifolds out of a 73 455 Delta 88. Will these manifolds (still on the 455) fit in a 72 Cutlass?
Thanks.

I believe they would. If you're going to use them on a Cutlass, will you be using the heat riser/stove parts? If not, let me know what kind of shape they're in and if you'd sell them.
thanks!

I am not sure what the plan is for the engine or the manifolds. I bought a very very rusty 73 Delta 88 convertible as a parts car for my son's 74 Pontiac Grandville convertible (I needed the windows and the top stuff).
I have a friend with a 72 Cutlass that is interested in the 455 but not sure which way he is going to go (keep the rebuilt 350 Olds, swap in my 455 Olds or swap in an LS engine).
I'll be honest, I was really surprised to see true dual manifolds when I pulled the engine, first time in 20+ years and at least a dozen Oldsmobiles that I have parted out.
I will check the casting numbers on the manifolds.
Thanks!
Craig

The 73 D88 likely has X/Z manifolds. That's the casting number 412287 "X" manifold, not the one used on the 1968 442s. This X manifold is a good substitute for the W manifold, and yes these can be used in an A-body.
