Can I run roller cam&rockers under stock valve covers? I would like to get about 450hp any suggestions? And would like to keep stock bore.

 

Yes you can but those alone won’t get you to 450, especially with the low compression you have currently.

 

I currently have 10.5 my 71 442 has a lot of 70 parts.including motor and trans. And e heads . Just looking for suggestions. Going to start heads / and intake port , polish valve job . I’ve been out of the game a long time lot of things have changed, and Mondello sucks now from what I’ve seen and heard

 

That’s fine but your choke points will still be the intake and exhaust manifolds if you’re sticking with the stock stuff.
