Are there any pros or cons of using this intake on a 455 thats going into my 72 olds?

I had one on my '70 SX years ago and never had any problems. Ran it with a Holley 750. Chumley

Depends on what you want to do with the car. This is a low-riser single plane intake. All the disadvantages of a single plane (poor low-end response) without the advantages of a taller single plane like a Torker or Victor. These Offy 360 intakes were not the best design.

ok! I just liked it because it was chrome and for a good price.I'd sacrifice that for performance anyday.

Offy intake

Had one on my 350. Ran poorly. They are old technology, very old.
