You might gain some "wiggle room" by loosening ALL the bolts, [frame and motor] install the motor, and then tightening everything up.
Might be time consuming, but better than buying parts!
Worse case scenario - drill the bolt holes one drill size larger.

Frame mounts are the same for 330 and 400/442 which will work for the 425. The frame pads have elongated holes for wiggle room. Although they list a different part number for the 400/442 rubber mounts I really never saw a difference...

In the 1967 model year THERE IS NO DIFFERENCE BETWEEN BIG BLOCK AND SMALL BLOCK MOTOR AND FRAME MOUNTS.
Sorry for shouting, but this comes up regularly. Aftermarket catalogs frequently get this wrong, but the factory parts book shows only one number. You should be using Anchor P/N 2261 mounts with your stock frame mounts, period. If the parts store sold you P/N 2328 mounts, they will not work. ALL Olds V8s have the same motor mount bolt location on the sides of the block. The 425 is externally identical to the 400 that Olds factory installed in the 67s, so this is a bolt-in with the correct mounts. As noted above, leave all bolts to the block loose until you get the cross bolts through the motor and frame mounts, as there is some tolerance in the mount fabrication, especially with the currently-available Chinesium mounts.

Not true on a 67. Big and small blocks use same frame mount. Just make sure you put the engine half in the correct holes on the block. They go into different set of holes for the Cutlass. frint hole is left empty and mount goes on back two holes!!
