I own a 1975 cutlass salon 455 with a turbo 400 trans. Im not too smart when it comes to the vacuum lines, in the car what the hose diagram reads under the hood doesnt seem to match whats really under there. when the line comes out of the carb to a the spliter, it only splits into 3 and the digram says i should have 4, also on what i think is the distributor thermal vacuum switch i only have 2 ports when im pretty sure i should have 3, i guess im not too sure what needs and doesn't need to be hooked up but i was hoping if i sent you some pictures do you think you could help me run the hoses correctly
after hours of research and a sleepless night i figured out im missing the vrv ( vacuum reducer value) which is why some hoses were plugged and routed wrong. in the process of trying to find one
this is my hose diagram, im having a hard time finding a vrv? Don't really know what it is, or how it works. im wondering if i even need it????? and if i dont, can i just eliminate the hoses colored green in the pic??
