thats a tough one to value i myself wouldnt pay any more than 150.00 (correct dated for application tire only) but for example a goodyear polyglas (tire only) can range from 100 dollars to 1000 dollars asking price for basically the same doll

Thanks for the input. I would think that an unused original spare, even though its for a '72 would fetch more than that for someones survivor car.

This is NOT NOS, it's original OEM production line.

I would agree with you that an original tire likely used for a spare should get decent bucks, I have watched original tires for a long time and for some reasons when the price is high for what some people think it should really beworth they just dont sell, some people on ebay have been trying to sell original polyglas tires for a few years. I would think your tire actually has a value of about 400.00 dollars but....

I saw this tire and rim in person, wonderful piece for a restored or survivor car, $350-$400 is very fair

The one problem I see in buying this tire, is the rest of the tires are not original, so at a Old meet that will not be a bigge, as the rest of the tires are probably not original type? May even be radial?

I have an original in my trunk as a spare. Kinda cool to see the tires that were on the car when it was new....a link to its past. Well worth the money..
