Rear side windows mechanism

One of the rear side window mechanisms on my 71 442 is worn out. The car is a convertible. Can this mechanism be changed? It doesn't look like it can be taken out. I am sure there is a way to change it.

The Fisher Body Manual tells you how to remove and replace the window mechanism.
