Does any one know if the glass only can be replaced on the inside rearview mirror?

Yes. You can also have yours "resilvered." I believe there are a few on here who have done this and could give you the address of the shop.

I just had my mirror restored and the glass replaced. Contact Joyce Borrell at mirrorlady25@yahoo.com, or call her at 717-733-5224. She specializes in GM cars. You don't have to take the glass out, you just send her the entire mirror and she does all the work. That way you don't have to worry about damaging anything.
