Send the heads to a reputable machine shop and get a good valve job done. That will get you the best gain.
Also, if you add headers and an X pipe for the exhaust system, you will see some gain as well.
Keep all of your original parts in case you ever sell the car.

The W-29 442 package was a handling and appearance package in 1972. It included the 442 emblems and grilles and the FE2 suspension package (stiffer springs, shocks, and rear anti-roll bar with boxed lower control arms). W-29 was available on four models that year, the Cutlass Holiday Coupe, Cutlass S Sport Coupe, Cutlass S Holiday Coupe, and Cutlass Supreme convertible. Since the W-29 package did not include any special engines, it could have been ordered with any of the available engines that year. That includes the 350 2bbl single exhaust all the way up to the W-30. Note that the cutout back bumper was only installed on cars with the 455. Even if you ordered the N10 dual exhaust on the 350, it came with the straight back bumper.
