For grinns I emailed him to inquire about the title. Don't know if it's true or not but he claimed that cars older than 25years are no longer subject to titles. Seems like a stroke to me. I might have been tempted if he had a clean title for a holiday coup to match those tags.

 

That is a state-by-state issue. Some states (particularly in the rust belt) don't require titles on cars as young as 10 years old.

 

You learn something new every day. Here in cheeseland everything must be titled for ever to the best of my knowledge
