auto/console

has boxed control arms, auto/console, no tach.

I didn't pay a fortune for it, but it has some 'rough edges' on it.

The 5V confirms that it is an original 442. Congrats! If you can give us all the cowl tag info, we'll decode it for you. On the right front cylinder head is a machined pad. Should have stampings. What's it say?

So far so good!
05A built 1st week of May
67-333817 '67 Cutllass Supreme Holiday Coupe
LAN24017 Lansing Plant 24027th consecutive body number
970-B Black bucket seat interior
Y-2 Saffron Yellow body, black top
W tinted windshield
2 (column number)
E AC
G console (automatic in this case)
5 (column number)
V 442 trim

E-block should be 390925 E
On the passenger side front front of cylinder head is a machined pad. Should have stampings. What's it say?

Differential code should be on the rear side of the passenger side axle tube, about 1/4" high letters. Good chance it is upside down.

Congrats on the purchase.....it seems you are or were stressing over the legitamacy of your 442. All should have been checked PRIOR to your purchase. I do know this car and know it is a real 442. My opinion is its a very nice car...and was priced to sell. Could use a few cosmetic upgrades here and there and a few mechanically but overall still a nice car for the money. I wish you luck and good times with it!
