hey guys , ive always wanted a glass hood,but im wondering who makes the best one? im a painter so im picky ,id like it to be as close to original as possible.some of them are ''mickey mouse'' looking.also want chrome strip on back of hood to fit,so many places make them.some minor work is acceptable ,but the body lines need to be right, any advice good or bad appreated,thats alot of money to me ,i just couldnt live with ''junk'' thanks again BO

Mine has a glass frame but it is a good one. Still I used adhesive everywhere to get rid of squeeks. It's nice and quiet now ...

 

You could also go with this for about $600.
