'72 Convertible 442 possibly for sale

All, I may be looking at selling my sleigh in the near future and am looking for any ballpark information on what you all think it might be worth and the overall desirability of the car.

1972 Cutlass Supreme 442 Convertible
White with black interior (same scheme as build code)
All correct for 442 package: rear bumper, trumpet tips, boxed control arms, upgraded sway bar, front grill, emblems, shifter, etc. There's been much debate on what 'makes' a 442 from 1972, and while I do not have any documentation, everything on the car says it rolled out of the dealership as a 442.

It currently has a 455 in it but I also have the numbers matching original 350 in a crate.

PW, PL, AC, 8 track AM/FM. Newer top with no cuts/tears.

8 track/radio does not work currently although it did up until a year ago. Not the fuse but may be an easy fix, i don't have the time/wherewithal to investigate.

Fuel gauge inop- probably the sending unit as I hear this is a common problem.

Metal looks to be all original, there are some minor rust spots on the usual locations. Paint is pretty good, about a 6. It's an 8 from 20 feet, but arent they all?

This has been a West Coast car its entire life, I am the third owner.

44,261 original miles.

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

If you want a good estimate on value, you will need to post pictures.
