I'm no expert on how to tell for sure if a W-30 is actually a W-30, but overall that is a pretty sweet looking car!

From a quick look it seems ok to me, I think this car was for sale a few years back like 2011 maybe

Great looking car ... Too bad the hood doesn't fit better at the front corners ~

Of course it's fishy..the place selling it is named after a fish. Would you rather it be a little "cattle-y" or maybe "snakey".

The W-30 emblems seem to have the same level of pitting as the 442 emblems. It's got a Starfire sport steering wheel instead of the correct sport wheel and I'm not really digging the recover job on the head rests or the previously mentioned hood fit but the rest I really like.

Ad says "this is an authentic, numbers matching W-30, send your inspectors and see them satisfied"
They say it's the real deal, There must be documentation,I wonder what the reserve is? Looks pretty nice if you like yellow.
I'm confused with cowl tag though Z999, trim number(interior color) saddle? and the A, is that special order? Looks like sebring yellow to me code 51?

I believe the dash means special order color and the A means top color is white.

Correct And probably code 51 Sebring Yellow as mentioned above. The trim code 999 is Sandalwood with bench seat, so they changed it to white and put in buckets and a console with a dual gate. Makes me wonder what else the "changed" to their liking? Maybe just added the W30?

There is no 100% explanation.....looking at the pics its apparent the car has some wear and tear. It's sort of one of those "in between" cars. Not a worn out project car and not a complete fresh resto. Possibly the hardest thing to sell as the high dollar guys won't look at it as they either want completely done/fresh restos at high prices OR only buy projects that are priced as such (and then they can take them to the shop of their choice and have the work done to their satisfaction).

Description of the car isn't very detailed but it's pretty simple when they say it's a real one. With ebay I assume any seller figures that anyone serious will pick up the phone and make a call to get the details. At least they posted plenty of pics.

Who knows?

correct seat covers, also notice on the door panel its the rocket emblem and not the C/S. Some folks say convertibles should have come with the C/s emblem but mine also has the rocket only. I've seem them bth ways on 442 convertibles.

A decent car, I like the color but wonder if that was the original shade of special order yellow or is it a repaint over an original Sebring Yellow.

120k is a lot of coin for that car, looks good on pictures but the close ups show the rust, stains etc.
