70 pace car "hurst emblem"

Was the hurst emblem originally installed on either the 4 spd or automatic pace car from the factory?

No. If you are talking about a "Hurst Equipped" emblem, they were never factory installed by Olds. They were aftermarket (and can be bought today). If you are talking about a "Hurst/Olds" emblem, obviously they only came from the factory with a Hurst/Olds attached to them.
