Didn’t realize there was more than one am radio available for a 70 until I tracked down the wrong one. Our car came with the original am radio ***** and comparing them to the replacement radios figured out ours had a radio with a single rear speaker and the replacement had dual rear speakers. Did the braces inside the rear speaker openings get cut out when there was a speaker?
