Question 70-72 Fender Brace Question

My 70 442 has large phillips head bolts that hold the front fender brace to the bottom of the fender.
It appears that these 5/16-18 bolts are original.
Please let me know if these are correct.

For 1970 that would be right. They changed to a hex bolt in 71

mine are the same being 1970 but wouldn't have been able to tell you for sure they were original. I guess they are correct, thanks Allan.

The type of screw for 1970 would depend on when the car was built. The early cars got the phillip screw and the later built cars got the hex screw. The change was prior to the 1971 production run.
