70-72 442 Quarter extension moldings

Are the 70-72 442 rear quarter extension moldings a plug and play scenario or does the bumper need to be lowered for install?
Deciding if the purchase would be worth the hassle.

I say NO, You DO NOT have to remove the bumper! If you remove the rubber bumper filler at the top of the bumper you can remove the quarter extensions, just put a thick tape on the tops of the bumper when re installing, also a good time to install new rubber filler! I have changed out the gaskets and have changed out the curved chromed mouldings on the extension.on a few Supremes.

Pulled the trigger on a pair. So now I don't have a choice, ha. Shouldn't be too difficult.

What type of fasteners/screws do these use? (Size, type, etc) It's for a 442 coupe.

I would like to know how the fitment is before I purchased them, if they are like all the other repop stuff out there, it never fits like the originals.
