69w30

In the February issue of Hemmings there is a 1969 442 W30 for sale in Sarasota Florida. Ad states car has power windows. My question is could you order power windows in a 69 W30?

Sure, why not? Not saying that would be anything but rare, but there was nothing to prevent getting pw.
I know of an original owner documented '68 W30 with power windows. He ordered the car himself. About 2 years ago I asked why he ordered the pw, he said that he was young and that's what he wanted.

Actually, now you know of two 68 W-30s with power windows. My car as power windows, power seat, and tilt wheel (but non-power drum brakes and no A/C).

Keep in mind that the restrictions on power brakes and A/C was due to the lack of vacuum from the high-overlap cam. Electric accessories like power window and seat work fine with any cam. Of course, why someone would order the top performance model then weight it down with power accessories is a mystery, but that's how my car was equipped. I can only imagine that this was done to hit a specific weight class for drag racing, as I'm told the car was only used a quarter mile at a time.
