No floor mats came with the 442 (or any other Oldsmobile) as base equipment in 1968. The extra cost rubber OLDSMOBILE embossed mats were available under RPO B32 and B33. If you are really asking about carpet mats with a "442" logo embroidered in, those did not exist in 1968.

 

 

Fusick has great repros of the originals..

 

I bought the Fusick mats for both my '68 and '69. I have an old set of torn originals and the Fusick repros look exactly the same, only new!

I got my repros from Year One and they're great. Nice heavy rubber indistinguishable from original ... at least they were once I peeled the "Made in China" stickers off them.

 

 

if only the repros were made in colors other than black.

I wonder if dying them is an option ....
