66 442 battery tray in trunk

Can someone please tell me which holes were used to hold down the battery tray for relocation to trunk. I have the location dimensions as per the olds installation instructions and it says "Re-use battery mounting parts except as shown",...and it shows a battery sitting on tray...which doesn't show much. There are 6 holes in the tray that are possibilities. Also, the placement has the tray sitting right over an embossed ridge. Are spacers used to level the tray?

The 6 page instruction set shows the tray to be on the flat to the right of the hump for differential clearance. Two nuts will be in the open, inboard of the frame, and the third will be over the hole in the frame crossmember at the center of the coil spring.

I’m not referring to the large center hump. There is a smaller sharper emboss running slightly diagonally either side of the hump. The pic was taken from back seat area facing rear. The black sharpie lines are the dimensions given in page 6 as referred. 5 1/2 from back of back seat and 5 1/4 to 5 3/8 from side of right wheel well. No amount of fudging is going to clear that emboss.

Ok, I crawled under the car and see exactly what you’re saying. Looks like I’ll be using spacers to keep it level.
thanks for reply

I don't have an extra battery tray handy, to look at the underside. I remember it having bulges, etc. and not being flat. I have not needed spacers when it is positioned correctly, even though it goes over that rib.

Neither did mine but it's been so long ago.

Pretty sure that's a 67. Bought it as such.
