3.23 Ring and Pinion

Some years back I pulled the 3.23 ring and pinion out of my '69 442 and want to sell it. I'm not sure what year cars these fit. Can anyone tell me about these?...ok...i have no idea why the pictures are so big.....sorry!

Yes, 42:13 is a 3.23 gear set. Fits a 3-series Type O carrier only.

Year range = 1967-1970

I know the 1968 ring gears have RH thread bolts whereas the 1970-up ring gears have LH threads, but I don't know which was used in 1969. I suspect it's RH thread but if you can check that I'll add it to my database.

Thanks for the info, I'll add it to my database.

I figured all the "early" O-Types were the same and the thread change occurred at the same time as the axle shaft change in 1970.
