1970 442 w-30 convertible

Hi, I have for sale, a 1970 442 w-30 convertible, 455 4-speed. This car is complete except for the transmission. It needs a total restoration. It is a true car with 54,000 on the clock.any ideas what its worth? Thanks, Jake
