1968 442 for sale
Looking at this ad, I'm not sure. Its missing fender chrome, hole in the dash, engine bay so [gag} not original.

Eric, Ill take it...GOOD LORD that stripe looks like lipstick on a giant gray pig!! A rattle can coverup would be an improvement.
45K...Man I have to up my insurance for my nut n bolt, numbers, 68. Like double?
If its been a Cali all its 56 years chances are its clean. 45K nope. 25...30 if the big drive train parts match and its not full of bondo.
That hole in the dash is a typical spot on 68s. There is a bracket that stresses the plastic behind it,
Trombone exhaust tips...12 bolt rear GAH! Guess not everyone studies Oldsmobile, especially not a flipper.

I see the stripe police haven't pulled this one over yet. I guess it could be numbers matching, but w/ all the mods it'd be nice to have photo proof of that. Missing the AC compressor, non-original radio dials and cig lighter. IMO, falls way short of a $45K car.

Scotchlock connectors for wiring should be the first clue. I wish those POS things would be outlawed. And why do you spend the money on a brand new, gold irridite power brake booster then don't paint the M/C so it gets nice and rusty?

Without the good pics/proof; matching engine and trans - worth half of asking $$, if that...
