weird.....
Ok so I have an issue with my rear disc brake calipers, made to fit a 15" wheel, we all know they interfere with the ss2 factory wheels and there are three solutions that I see,
1. grind the new powder coated calipers (not what I wanted to do) that's out
2. Use a wheel spacer as others have done ( I don't like the idea of the spacer as I am going to drive the car, but may consider it if anyone has a safe and fool proof part that will work)
3. change the wheels ( this is the reason for my post) I purchased hurst dazzler wheels, I searched the forums and weighed the info and decided on a 15 x 7 wheel all the way around. so I pop over to summit and found these in the correct bolt spacing etc

and then the shopping cart says check application so I press that button and it says this is wrong for your vehicle? WTF? but it is ok for a 1975?
what gives? I ordered them anyway but why would it give me that message? Will I have issues with this wheel?

The reason it says wrong for your vehicle, is because your car came from the factory with 14" wheels. The program algorithm is set up for original equipment. We all know that 15" wheels will fit. Assuming that lug holes, backspace, tire size are correct.

I am assuming it was bc/cc? not anodized etc I am building a 69 hurst olds convertible clone would like the golds to match
