'68 cutlass tire size

I would appreciate any feedback on the following:
Front @ 215/70-15....26.9"
Rear @ 255/60-15....27"

I've heard that the 255's on the front will rub if a larger sway is used. I was trying to keep the tire diameter the same if possible. I was a car show this weekend and a Cutlass there had 235/70/15. They seemed way too big for the wheel wells. Any thoughts?

Thanks, Mike

Both a good looking size and fit for that car.

Mine has 245-60-15 on OE 15X7. I have no rubbing issues front or rear. I like the stance and rotatability of having all the same.

I have the 245 60 15's with the oversize sway bar and they rub but I don't think they're too big for the wheel well
