This would have to be a non-geographic specialty chapter same as the 1957 group.
First you have to have enough interest to start an OCA Chapter, then put the group together using OCA membership to find 1958 owners. Then you have to put them in contact with each other. This means a newsletter, FB group or some other means of communication. Then you need officers and a roster so you make sure your chapter's membership is in compliance with OCA membership records. Then you can apply to OCA for a chapter charter.
Having been directly involved in starting 5 chapters I can assure you it's more work than you think. And it does take work to keep a group organized and going.
In this case I think a Facebook group will work better than a full-boogie OCA chapter but if you're willing to put in the time and work contact Sal Barberi and let him know of your interest.
