1955 olds 324 connecting rod size

The machinist is finishing up my 324 and he needs the spec for the big end of the connecting rod without the bearing, he says it should be in the 2.3xx” range but it is not in the shop manual. Does anyone know what it is?

thanks in advance,

jesse.

After some scouring of all the forums i could find, the HAMB had a thread with the
info, 2.374"/2.375"

Should have the block back this week, bored .030" and cam bearings/frost plugs installed, crank is finished also. Hopefully i can have it fired up by September!!
