1950 Olds turn signal wire

Need some help. While I was doing some under dash cleanup, a wire became detached. One end of it was connected to the ignition switch, but I have no idea where the other ends goes. All I know is that the turn signals worked prior to this and now they don't. The wire is about 11" long.
Any help would be appreciated.

That doesn't look like an original wire for fifties Oldsmobile is this an add-on turn signal? I would think it would be braided wire...Tedd

The entire harness has been replaced many years ago with a reproduction harness of the original. This wire does have a woven fabric outer layer. It also has a fuse in the center of it.
Regardless if it is original or not, where does the power go to activate the turn signals?
Thanks,
