HELP! The door latch on my 1950 is stuck in the lock position. Neither the outer door handle or the interior one will open the door. It's kind of embarrassing at a car show to enter on the passengers side and then slide over to the drivers side.
I'd like to get a photo of the mechanism so I can figure where to push or pull to open it. So far my efforts have failed.

You may have to remove the door card and work from the inside. I don't remember if the door card will come off if the door is closed /locked or not...Tedd
