So to my surprise getting back into the car after feeling better from my eye issue.

Leak at the speedo adapter housing might be an o ring, honestly better off with a new adapter/sleeve and driven gear if available. There is a lip seal in the adapter also. This is an easy repair.

The other leak is near the rear end of the driveshaft? If yes, that is the pinion seal, not an
o ring, this is not an extremely difficult repair but requires a knack for doing it without messing up the bearing pre-load.

What are you working on?

TCI sells the gears and the housing. Unless the plastic speedo gear is work (how foes a rubber seal cut a groove in hard plastic or steel?!) replacing the seal usually fixes the leak. There is no pressure there, and just splash lubrication
