1970 W-30 question

Does anyone know the correct factory torque converter stall speed for a 1970 W30 with the original stock OW TH400 transmission? Thanks

It's in the neighborhood of 2400 rpm with the stock engine. If you install the 328-degree cam (or something similar), you'll need more.
