squeaky belt
I have a bad case of squeaky belt,I only have the alt belt and the main belt that also goes over the ps. At idle its really quiet cant hear a thing but the purrr of the motor. its only when i give it gas does this happen and sometime it will go away after driving for a few mins the rest of the time it squeaks all the time.
Now it a pully was bad wouldnt it squeak all the time, and not just under load? I cllok and every thing lines up the belts look to be in good shape. |

If you suspect that your alternator isn't charging properly you can always have it checked at your local auto parts store for free.
