Very good. Should work well for you. Don't forget to degree it no matter what. Shouldn't need much of an increased stall converter if any with that cam either.

got the heads back from the machine shop but have a question, had the heads plained 20,00 thousands and are using mondelo's thin steel head gaskets do you think I'll be ok with the intake or will it have to be cut down also?....jim

BTW, "milled" 20 thous will be represented as .020".

I would think you should be ok with only milling .020 off the heads. but of course you will only find out when you mount it.
On my motor the heads were milled .030 the manifold bolted on but i was close to needing the manifold milled at the front and rear rails , which may or may not want to push out the rubber seal.
I wonder if there has ever been a thread on to use or not to use the factory rubber end seals.

Let me re-iterate.
You should be fine.
At most, you may have to use silicone at the manifold ends, instead of the rubber end seals, if there has been no other cutting done. Mock up the intake if you have any doubts.
