Replacing oil pan seals on a 330?

I've got quite a bit of seepage from the oil pan on my 330, was wondering how difficult it is to replace the gaskets/seals with the engine in the car. The rear main looks like it needs it as well.

Also, I'm not sure if it's original or not but the pan has one of those inverted torx style drain plugs. If it is I was wondering what size socket it takes.
