carb floats

carb floats

i see the carb i want. one has no adjustable float and the other has adjustable float. what the cons/pros of having/not having adjustable float

they are all adjustable some are externally adjustable. some you have to take the fuel bowls or top horn and bend the tab to get the desired fuel level. if done correct you shouldn't have to touch it again. it's all a matter of adjustability and ease. most edelbrocks have to have the top horn removed and q jets as well i belive im not a pro on q jets. Most holleys are externall adjustable unless it's the q jet replacement and a few other models that i think are no longer made.
